About me

Meet Suzanne our Founder

Let's face it, pelvic floor problems are not sexy!

Although, trust me when I say pelvic health is extremely important and is something we ALL should be talking about.

I have experienced pelvic health problems and overcome them. Now I help hundreds of people do the same in my role as a Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist.

I'm on a mission to change the narrative. Through my personal and professional experiences I can see that there are so many people who would benefit from more information about pelvic health. Pelvic health problems can be embarrassing and they are often normalised to help us deal with them. It's not easy to claim you have a pelvic floor issue and getting support is also tricky.

I have heard too many heart-breaking stories, where pelvic health issues impact and stop people in every aspect of their lives. They often feel dismissed by health professionals and feel poorly equipped to know what to do. This needs to improve. I strongly believe that we need to empower people with the education they deserve to prevent problems and get access to early support and treatment.

It's going to take a group effort to make this happen. I would love to hear from you if you'd like to join forces.

All of our profits are used to improve resources for our community. This means there always be an element of freely accessible resources on social media. Your support will allow us to build other ways to support the Squeeze Squad in the future too!

HONEST

Building trustworthy content

The content we create is based on research and available science. We have grown a team of medical professionals and people who are passionate about pelvic health and what we are doing. They help us to make sure we are up to date and giving you honest and real information.

Being honest, we don't have all the answers. There is still a lot of research needed in pelvic health. One day we hope to help support research in this area. For now we aim to support you with the best information available and take pride in being open and honest.

HELPFUL

Thoughtful partnerships

We only partner with brands and people who are on a similar mission and have amazing products. The Squeeze Squad is our priority, so our partnerships need to be beneficial for them.

We are always on the look out for other partnerships. So if you have suggestions of products or brands that have really helped you, we want to hear from you.

Making pelvic health accessible
